Job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a REMOTE 6-month contract position (possibility of extension) supporting senior leadership within a telecommunications organization. This role combines Project Coordination, Executive Support, and Presentation Development responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and has a talent for creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

Pay Range: $30-38/hr. W2 Contract
*** Must be able to pass a background check ***
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder. No C2C. No 3rd Party Candidates.
Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking executive assignments, key projects, action items, and deadlines
  • Monitoring project progress and providing status updates to leadership
  • Preparing and organizing executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Gathering, analyzing, and compiling data for leadership initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Creating reports, dashboards, charts, and visual presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Management, or related experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating presentations for executive leadership
  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, chart wizards, and reporting
  • Experience with Outlook, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting senior executives, directors, or vice presidents preferred
  • Telecommunications, fiber, contact center, or operations experience preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus
