Position Description:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short- and long-term projects within the organization. This role is critical for ensuring that projects are executed on time, and within scope. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication, document management, and project logistics.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree

1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, M365). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Summary of duties:

Project Planning & Support

Assist in coordination of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Support in developing project plans, including follow up on timelines, as well as assigned tasks

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project meetings and review sessions.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain organized and accessible project documentation, including project plans, timelines, reports, and meeting notes.

Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines, key deliverables, and potential risks. Compile reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status.

Communication & Coordination

Act as the main point of contact for team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels.

Facilitate team meetings, provide agendas, and summarize action items and next steps.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, clarify tasks, and ensure all project requirements are understood.
