How do project coordinators and project managers typically collaborate within a project team?

Project Coordinators and Project Managers work closely together to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines. While the Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, decision-making, and stakeholder communication, the Project Coordinator typically handles day-to-day logistics, schedules meetings, tracks progress, and manages documentation. Is a project coordinator a high paying job?

A project coordinator's salary varies by industry, location, and experience, but generally it is considered an entry- to mid-level position with moderate pay. To thrive as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager, you need strong organizational skills, project management knowledge, and typically a relevant degree or certification such as PMP or CAPM.
