POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Controls Manager 1 is responsiblefor the general administration of all Manhattan project controls practices andpolicies within their region. In this role, the Project Controls Manager isresponsible for assisting in the maintenance of the operating platform forManhattan and ensuring all regional projects embrace and incorporate new andexisting operational guidelines into everyday performance. This positionrequires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership,organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication andcustomer service skills.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the process of onboarding and training regional operations personnel with regard to systems training
  • Provides ongoing training to enable project teams to operate in accordance with company standards and Manhattan Guiding Principles
  • Provides operational support to the Project Directors and Project Teams
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators in various PM Systems
  • Monitor software standards and training for the company
  • Project Management System Administration
  • Assists teams in managing standards for general conditions, cash flow tracking, and schedule standards
  • Participates in monthly project status reviews to ensure that projects remain compliant
  • Job Cost Budget Review and Approvals within the region
  • Assists with the Project Performance Review process within the region
  • Works with Project Accountants and Project Managers to create and monitor billing forecasts and change management
  • Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve issues with various PM Systems
  • Assist in the review and potential rollout of new software
  • Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.
  • Other duties as assigned
