Job Description:

As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and controlling industrial construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 
  • Maintain quantity tracking logs for all components being installed 
  • Review project documents and specifications to create accurate baseline schedules 
  • Perform schedule updates, progress reporting, and resource management 
  • Support Project Managers with cost control and margin improvement 
  • Prepare bills of materials and assist with procurement coordination 
  • Attend project meetings and provide schedule insights 

Qualifications Required: 

  • 2+ years of experience with Primavera P6 
  • Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical drawings 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

Preferred: 

  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field  
  • Experience with CAD/drafting and estimating 
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems
