As a Project Controls Lead at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity
In this role you will:
  • Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients

We would love to hear from you if you:
  • Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline

Work Environment:
  • This position will require 5 days a week onsite at project location in Wilson, NC.

The Salary Range for this role is $125,000.00-$175,000.00 but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
