As a multi-discipline, self-performing leader, we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution-from planning and scheduling through shutdown execution and startup readiness. You'll work within fast-paced, data-driven environments where accuracy, analysis, and proactive problem-solving are critical to success.
This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support project controls functions including scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking progress against milestones
  • Monitor and report on productivity, earned value, and project performance metrics
  • Support cost control processes including budgets, commitments, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with planners, project managers, and field teams to ensure alignment
  • Identify trends, risks, and variances, and support mitigation strategies
  • Assist with progress reporting and client deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project data in systems and reports
  • Support change management and tracking of scope adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and standards
