Responsibilities:
The Project Control Analyst will collaborate directly with Portfolio and Program Managers and multiple stakeholders to drive effective cost and schedule integration, data validation, and performance analytics. This is a critical position for ensuring program execution meets both customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provides project management/administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, task(s) or business unit.
โ€ข Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
โ€ข Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
โ€ข Prepares budgets, financial forecasts and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
โ€ข Prepares program and WBS plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
โ€ข Performs risk management and schedule risk assessments to identify and track program cost and scheduling risks and opportunities.
โ€ข Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
โ€ข Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
โ€ข May represent the company at project planning meetings.
โ€ข May assist in providing interface and coordination with other contractors and other related programs to organize and review work progress.
โ€ข Supply coordination and Inventory Management: Creating, maintaining, and reviewing inventory schedules, ordering materials to meet demand, and reducing excess stock. Interfacing with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, and resolve supply chain disruptions. Track parts and analyze inventory flow
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience, 2-5 years of experience
โ€ข Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data, analysis, and compliance requirements clearly.
โ€ข Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Preferred: PMI certification, CMMI certification/experience, experience with Deltek Costpoint/Cognos
