DPR Construction is seeking an AI Project Manager Intern to join the AI Team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone interested in Artificial Intelligence, innovation, project management, and product strategy.

The intern will work closely with AI leaders, developers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to help manage AI projects, support AI product initiatives, coordinate pilot programs, and drive adoption of AI solutions across DPR.

Responsibilities

  • Support the AI Team in coordinating AI projects and product initiatives
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, and status tracking
  • Gather business requirements and help document user needs and workflows
  • Support AI product management activities including feature tracking, prioritization, and user feedback collection
  • Help manage AI pilot programs and proof of concept initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support project and product execution
  • Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders
  • Track project risks, dependencies, adoption metrics, and progress updates
  • Research AI trends and opportunities relevant to DPR's business

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, innovation, project management, and product management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools is preferred
  • Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a plus
