Company Overview
VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis Cultivation Team Members for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.
VIBE has only been operating since January 2022 and this is your chance to be at the start and contribute to building something amazing in an exploding industry that everyone is trying to enter. It is an opportunity unlike any other in the cannabis industry.
Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
  • Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
  • Duties included, but are not limited to fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products.
  • Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
  • Maintain best agricultural practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)
  • High School Diploma
  • Able to work in loud areas.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
  • Able to work in low oxygen areas.
  • Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
  • Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
  • Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.
