Job Description
The Project Associate will organize field paperwork as well as create and revise technical documents including but not limited to: specifications, plans, drawings, or various reports. This position is detail oriented. 
Core ResponsibilitiesWork Product Creation, Project Management, Coordination with Team Members
  • Assist project managers and field staff with review, standardization, digitization, and filing of field paperwork.
  • Update tracking sheets based off of updated information from the client, contractor, and/or field staff
  • Collection, digitization, and organization of field paperwork.
  • Writes and edits technical documents including letters and reports.
  • Writes and edits procedural documentation such as specifications and work plans.
  • Works with project managers and field staff to learn about specific products or processes.
  • Research applicable environmental regulations and previous documents to complete current projects.
  • Projects include worker exposure assessments, health and safety compliance, asbestos management, lead-based paint testing, mold and other indoor air quality investigations.
  • Plans writing processes and adheres to budgets, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Creates PDF plans using existing templates and client guidelines.
  • Create and edit Google spreadsheets.
  • Gather feedback from clients and managers to improve technical documents.
  • Enter data into client Databases.
  • Track the progress of jobs in real time.
  • Correlate field paperwork 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Competencies
  • Requires 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with asbestos and lead projects
