Project Support Associate

MUST HAVE CLASS ACTION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of class action law experience is required.
  • 2+ years of project management experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Basic understanding of web development
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • PowerPoint) required

What you will be doing:

  • Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously
  • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and
  • traditional and social media campaigns
  • Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
  • Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and
  • notice & administration plans
  • Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other
  • required documents
