Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and project coordination expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative, proactive and dedicated teammates, supporting the successful delivery of key projects.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations by enabling effective communication, organization, and coordination across teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, supporting reporting activities, coordinating logistics, and maintaining project documentation.

You’ll specifically take care of purchase requests and order tracking, meeting coordination and documentation, but also stakeholder communication and office operations support.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating and tracking purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for project reviews and decision-making
  • Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items to drive project progress
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting clear and responsive communication
  • Managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general administrative processes to support the project team
