Role Overview

The Project Coordinator supports project management processes and activities across one or more projects or workstreams. This role focuses on documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and adherence to project management standards while ensuring data integrity and timely execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Draft and support project review reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Assist in developing workstream and project plans aligned with organizational project management frameworks.
  • Prepare moderately complex documentation using standard office applications; gather and summarize data for reporting.
  • Identify, document, and manage project and user requirements, including verification criteria and traceability.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, events, and communications.
  • Maintain and distribute project risk registers and issue logs.
  • Support process reviews and identify improvement opportunities within assigned areas.
  • Perform delegated contract management tasks.
  • Provide analysis and documentation to support definition and delivery of project outputs.
