This Contract position will focus on creating a welcoming experience for guests by assisting with event entry, providing clear information, and helping the evening run smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and enjoys interacting with the public in a friendly, attentive manner.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome attendees upon arrival and create a positive first impression throughout the event.
• Manage guest check-in by verifying entry details and using scanning tools accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to visitor questions about event activities, timing, and general logistics in a courteous manner.
• Help direct guests to key areas such as entry points, chef stations, and event spaces.
• Support the event team with on-site coordination to maintain an organized and enjoyable flow of activities.
• Monitor check-in lines and crowd movement, escalating concerns to event leadership when needed.
