Click the Apply Now button to begin the application processPosition DescriptionAs a Helm Project Assistant, you will provide support in the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects.
Skills / Responsibilities:- Organize and manage project documents, including drawings, submittals, contracts, etc.
- Prepare various forms and reports as directed by Project Managers (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Submittals, RFI)
- Monitor construction management contract compliance (COI, bonds, permits, Safety)
- Order & Track Equipment, Review Invoices
- Assist in Compliance Monitoring of Subcontractors
- Act as liaison with GC, project manager, field, vendors, subcontractors, and accounting
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- Positive, professional, polite
- Solid communication skills, written and verbal
- Effectively understands and sets priorities
- Dependable and driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Team, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Viewpoint is a plus, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not necessary.
- Implementation of all Safety requirements.
Salary & BenefitsRange: $55,000-$70,000
Final determination of a successful candidate's pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Helm provides a competitive compensation package that recognizes an individual's experience and qualifications combined with a benefits package to meet your needs.

Position Requirements• High School Diploma required
• College Degree preferred, but not necessary.
• 3 years of experience (required)/5 years' experience (preferred) as a Project Assistant or Project Coordinator
