Advertising Assistant Project Manager


The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, communication, and execution of projects. This position works closely with the Project Manager and advertising team to establish project requirements, organize resources, monitor progress, and maintain project schedules. The Assistant Project Manager facilitates communication among stakeholders, manages project tracking systems, and provides administrative and operational support that contributes to the successful completion of projects.


Project Planning and Creation

Develop and initiate new projects by gathering requirements, defining objectives, establishing timelines, and coordinating necessary resources. Organize project information, document project scope, and ensure team members have the tools, information, and support needed to begin work efficiently. Maintain accurate project records and communicate project expectations to stakeholders to promote alignment and timely execution.

Team Communication and Coordination

Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, advertising team members, and leadership. Communicate project updates, changes, priorities, and feedback to appropriate individuals while ensuring information is accurate and timely. Coordinate collaboration among teams, respond to questions, and promote effective communication that supports project objectives and organizational goals.

Project Tracking and Deadline Management

Manage project tracking systems to monitor tasks, schedules, deliverables, and project milestones. Organize meetings, maintain project documentation, follow up on outstanding assignments, and identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks.
