We are working with a variety of established firms seeking architects at both the mid-level and senior level to support continued growth and expanding project portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support architectural projects from conceptual design through construction completion
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents, technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
  • Develop creative, practical, and technically sound architectural solutions for a variety of building types
  • Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty consultants throughout project delivery
  • Utilize Revit and BIM workflows to develop and coordinate project documentation
  • Participate in client meetings, design presentations, consultant coordination, and project planning sessions
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, and coordination with contractors
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and overall project management
  • Mentor architectural staff and support professional development as experience level allows
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and successful project delivery


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program required
  • Current experience within an architecture, design, or AEC consulting firm required
  • Registered Architect preferred
  • Candidates actively completing the ARE examinations and progressing toward architectural licensure are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience with commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, multifamily, mixed-use, civic, industrial, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred
  • Proficiency with Revit and BIM coordination workflows required
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction documentation, detailing, and project delivery
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a collaborative design environment
