What is the Opportunity?:
Omnissa is seeking an experiencedWorkplace Managerto oversee the strategic planning, operations, and optimization of our real estate portfolio and workplace environments. This role is responsible for ensuring our office spaces support Omnissa's business objectives, foster employee productivity, and reflect our values.
The Workplace Manager will be responsible for space planning, facilities management, and the creation of engaging, flexible, and efficient workspaces that enable our teams to thrive-both in-office and remotely.
As the Workplace Manager, you will develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with Omnissa's culture and operational goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Security, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our real estate footprint and workplace programs support organizational needs. This position requires strong leadership in facilities management, vendor relationships, workplace services, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Workplace Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement workplace strategies that support business objectives, employee experience, and hybrid work arrangements.
  • Space Planning & Utilization:Lead space planning, design, and allocation to maximize efficiency, flexibility, and employee engagement.
  • Facilities Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations of office locations, including maintenance, workplace services, safety, and emergency preparedness.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and vendors; oversee budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
  • Workplace Experience Programs:Champion programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement in both physical and remote environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of workplace technology, policies, and processes.
  • Sustainability & Compliance:Lead sustainability, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives across all workplace locations.
  • Change Management & Communication:Lead communications and change management efforts for workplace projects, office moves, and new ways of working.
What will you bring to Omnissa?:
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage real estate portfolios and deliver high-quality workplace experiences across multiple locations.
  • Experience in facilities operations, space planning, and workplace program management.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence, with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze occupancy, utilization, and cost data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of workplace technology, building systems, and sustainability best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment.

Education:Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
The typical base salary for this role is between USD $161,000 - 214,650 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more.
