Job Summary

The primary focus of the Sales Operations Project Manager is to lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives from a commercial and customer operations standpoint, driving a best-practice culture and supporting the business in achieving financial targets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and scoping opportunities, managing the timeline of projects and stakeholders, and measuring progress through KPIs and other project management tools. A key aspect of this role will be to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including new acquisitions, to improve productivity, improve quality and streamline operations to ultimately provide a consistent and an excellent experience for our customers.ย As part of our strategic transformation, this role will also play a critical part in supporting the migration of all businesses to a unified ERP and CRM platform (SAP and Salesforce). The Project Manager will help ensure smooth integration, drive change management, and support adoption of these systems across the organization.ย This role will also support the integration of new acquisitions by helping align teams to our culture, standard processes, and commercial operations. The Project Manager will assist in onboarding acquired businesses into our unified systems (SAP and Salesforce) and ensure a smooth, consistent transition with minimal disruption.ย The Sales Operations Project Manager will report to the Sales Operations Manager.

This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in our internal commercial & customer operations processes, identify process gaps or inefficiencies, and problem solve.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on learned best practices.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Lead steering committees; be positioned as a trusted advisor in guiding teams through integration and system migration projects.
  • Partner with key leaders to build relationships, effectively roll out initiatives, and manage all other priorities.
  • Analyze large datasets and perform data cleans to support standardization initiatives and ERP/CRM migrations.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure successful migration to SAP and Salesforce, including risk mitigation and process alignment.
  • Support training and communication plans to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Work as a team to support migrations of new acquisition companies by sharing current process and system efficiencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree; business education preferred, MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 3+ years experience in continuous improvement or project management roles
  • Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization with proven track record on relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross functional team within a large, complex and matrixed organization
  • Proficient in digital commercial tools including CRM and Business Intelligence; experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
  • Travel is expected to be ~20% within USA and Canada
