Job Description
A Project Architect / Designer at Niles Bolton Associates responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Development of project design, code research, and produce construction documentation.
  • Coordination of the construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.
  • Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design, document decisions, and next steps.
  • Manage construction administration processes by making site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team.
  • Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
  • Managing junior staff across all phases of design and construction administration.
  • Support Project Manager in development of project timelines.

Job Requirements
  • Professional degree
  • 4-8 years of experience in multifamily / mixed-use architecture is preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of building materials, specifications, and construction administration processes.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
  • Revit and SketchUp proficiency
  • Professional License preferred
