    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator / Project Architect to support ongoing construction projects in Douglasville, Georgia.
    This role is not focused on design from scratch, but on modifying existing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting execution during construction.
    The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring drawings are updated, issues are resolved quickly, and construction progresses smoothly.
    Key Responsibilities

    Drawing Modifications & Documentation

    • ย Review and update existing architectural drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
    • ย Incorporate site-driven changes, field conditions, and design revisions
    • ย Prepare revised drawings, details, and as-built documentation
    • ย Maintain version control of all drawings and documentsย 
    Construction Coordination

    • ย Act as a liaison between:ย 
      • ย Architects of recordย 
      • ย Engineers (MEP, structural, civil)ย 
      • ย General contractor & subcontractorsย 
    • ย Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information)
    • ย Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals
    Site Support

    • ย Visit project sites regularly to:ย 
      • ย Verify field conditionsย 
      • ย Identify discrepancies between drawings and executionย 
      • ย Support resolution of on-site issuesย
