As a Senior Analyst in Project Management, you will support and manage project execution by aligning solutions with business needs, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, addressing critical issues, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will provide expert guidance on project planning and implementation while maintaining compliance with company standards. Your efforts will contribute to effective communication, accountability, and the successful achievement of organizational goals within a dynamic and evolving environment.
About the team:
The team provides end-to-end ownership of the replacement and installation of automotive, food equipment, balers, and compactors, supporting operations and field partners across Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in the US. They manage project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs. The team emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. Members leverage strong project management and communication skills to drive effective solutions that support operational excellence and contribute to the company’s mission and values.
What you'll do:
  • Manage execution of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and adherence to project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, track expenditures and budgets, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project planning, implementation, and communication.
  • Identify project requirements, propose solutions, and capitalize on improvement opportunities to enhance outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver performance reports, presentations, and updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Apply expertise to guide project teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
