Description:

As a primary contact for the organization, the Administrative Assistant & CSR role is responsible for supporting daily business operations through various administrative and customer support functions. Duties of the Administrative Assistant and & CSR role include:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Greet and assist customer, visitors, vendors and other guests in a professional manner.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist other departments with support functions and special projects as needed.
  • Perform customer service representative duties as needed, including responding to customer questions and resolving routine inquiries.


Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
