As a key member of our IT support team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our print and production environments running smoothly across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and owning services end to end.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing on-site production printing support, including assisting with large print runs, binding, and specialty print requests.
  • Supporting procurement activities for plotters, production printing, and specialty print orders, including coordination with Alphagraphics.
  • Work alongside experienced teammates to support print service vendors, helping with contract administration, participating in right-sizing initiatives, and contributing ideas that support cost savings and efficient service delivery.
  • Get hands-on experience supporting print and IT service projects, assisting with technology efforts, tracking progress and timelines, collaborating with partners, and helping ensure tasks and deliverables move smoothly to completion.
  • Collaborating with Digital Experience site teams and application owners to co-develop documentation, cross-train, and mature shared responsibilities, ensuring resilient, layered print services support across locations.
  • Communicating proactively with assigned sites about upcoming activities, changes, and known issues within the print environment. You'll also stay closely aligned with IT teams to remain informed on enterprise-wide initiatives and improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation to support knowledge sharing and cross-training. This includes solution documentation, installation details, organized project files, and ongoing knowledge transfer to IT and business partners.
  • Demonstrating leadership and adaptability, modeling a strong work ethic, taking initiative on support improvements, and adapting to changing business requirements. You'll continuously expand your technical skills and understanding of customer needs.
  • Training end users, both formally and informally, on the effective use of printing applications and hardware.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable working hands-on with IT hardware.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and install large rolls of plotter paper independently is required.

Required Qualifications
