Job Description
  • Troubleshoots machine tools, assembly lines and test stands. Troubleshoot, modify and repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble and predict failure. Dissembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts, pieces and equipment. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary. 
  •  Diagnosis of electrical problems within machine circuitry. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Uses handbooks, machine assembly drawings, blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, trade manuals, sketches, and/or verbal instructions, to maintain mechanical devices.
  • Maintains maintenance records and updating of machine documentation.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area; performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement concepts in quality, efficiency and meeting production standards
Qualifications

Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.

  • AS Degree in maintenance field and 2 years experience or 4 years technical experience w/ some formal training.
  • Practical experience with power and control systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, CNC controls).
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • PLC controls – previous exposure required.
  • Familiar with OSHA and BetP safety regulations.
  • Able to read mechanical, electrical and facility drawings.

BOSCH is currently seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians for their production facility in Anderson, SC.

 These are Direct Hire, and Full-Time with Excellent Pay and Benefits.

Available shifts include 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am), B Shift (4 -10hr Nights Mon - Thurs) and D-Shift (12 hr Weekend Nights- work 36hrs get paid for 46hrs).

 Hire-in pay rates from $31.09-$39.98
