Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager / Product Development Leader to support a company focused on advanced aerospace, defense, and mission-critical product development. This position is on-site in Cincinnati, OH. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through production while building and standardizing a new internal product organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of product innovation within a highly regulated, cutting-edge environment. Responsibilities for the Program Manager include: * Lead development of a new internal product organization and establish scalable processes
* Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
* Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through production and commercialization
* Manage program schedules, risks, budgets, and performance reporting to executive leadership
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop product strategy and roadmap
Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include: * 8+ years of experience in program management, product development, or engineering leadership
* Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
* Strong cross-functional leadership, including Agile/product development methodologies
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field
