The Manager, Strategic Programs leads execution of the strategic program pipeline by managing a team of Program Managers and Associate Program Managers. This role ensures consistent delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and high-quality execution across brand programs and RFP opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Associate Program Managers and Program Managers, ensuring consistent execution across all active programs
- Oversee day-to-day program execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met across the project portfolio
- Drive consistency in program management practices, tools, and documentation across the team
- Partner with Senior Program Managers on high-complexity and executive-visible opportunities
- Act as escalation point for risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Support prioritization of program work in alignment with Director and business objectives
- Improve program execution processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Ensure high-quality RFP responses, deliverables, and internal readiness across all programs
- Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required
