Job description

Role : Program Manager
Location : Miramar, FL (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Readiness:
  • Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams.
  • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on ownership and delivery dates.
  • Drive readiness planning across marketing activations, communications, training and onboarding, and digital enablement aligned with technical teams.

Stakeholder Leadership & Accountability:
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations.
  • Lead recurring status meetings and working sessions; hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies early, escalating with clear mitigation plans.
  • Partner closely with leadership to divide and conquer across initiatives and manage high execution volume.

Execution & Delivery:
  • Operate with a hands-on, execution-first mindset, pitching in as needed to keep work moving.
  • Adapt plans in an Agile environment while maintaining delivery discipline.
  • Maintain a holistic view of how workstreams interrelate to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Qualifications Required:
  • Senior-level project management experience (5-10 years) with the ability to ramp up quickly and add immediate value.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional programs spanning Business and Technology teams.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills; able to run meetings, manage discussions, and drive decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

Preferred:
  • Experience with E-Commerce, marketing, communications, or go-to-market readiness.
  • Background bridging Business, Technology, and Program Management.
  • Experience in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
