Location: Dublin, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month (Ongoing Contract)

Pay Rate: 70/hr-80/hr


Overview

Pacific Gas & Electric is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support enterprise-level initiatives within a critical operations organization. This role will drive program delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement efforts across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight

  • Manage multiple programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance targets
  • Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues, risks, and stakeholder concerns
  • Drive program outcomes and present insights/recommendations to senior leadership

Lean & Process Improvement

  • Lead implementation of Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, A3 problem solving)
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve operational performance
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops, and coaching

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to monitor program health
  • Develop executive-level reporting on financials, compliance, and operational metrics
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance improvement

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on program goals and deliverables
  • Develop and execute communication plans and change management strategies
  • Facilitate meetings and provide clear updates to leadership and business teams


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience
