We are seeking an experienced Revenue Programs Manager to support enterprise-wide revenue generation initiatives, supplier partnership programs, and financial operations. This is a hybrid opportunity for a professional with strong experience managing procurement programs, supplier relationships, revenue reporting, financial reconciliations, and cross-functional business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in revenue program management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier performance management, financial administration, and enterprise program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise revenue generation programs and supplier partnership initiatives.
  • Identify and support new revenue opportunities through strategic supplier relationships.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to track revenue, sales performance, supplier participation, and program effectiveness.
  • Oversee supplier performance metrics and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Manage enterprise purchasing card (P-Card/Corporate Card) programs, including supplier engagement, rebate optimization, compliance, auditing, and program performance.
  • Administer rebates, incentive payments, patronage programs, and recurring revenue initiatives.
  • Coordinate supplier reporting, financial reconciliations, revenue distributions, and allocation processes.
  • Partner with finance, procurement, sourcing, operations, and business stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Monitor program milestones, contract deliverables, and recurring financial activities.
  • Track value-added supplier benefits and ensure program performance objectives are achieved.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, operational efficiency, and program governance.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Program Management, Revenue Program Management, Procurement Operations, or Supplier Management experience.
  • Experience managing supplier partnerships and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, or revenue administration.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Procurement or Strategic Sourcing experience.
  • Corporate Card (P-Card), Travel Card, or Enterprise Card Program management.
