PART-TIME SUMMER MARKETING INTERN

TORONTO, ON

We're looking for a motivated Brand Marketing Intern to join the Canadian Cosmetics Team. You're a 3rd year student in a business program looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful hands-on work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Luxury Marketing Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic global luxury brands.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

Your main focus:

 

  • Coordinating with internal and agency teams to own creative and copy for in-store/online marketing materials, such as digital assets, in-store display, and flyers.
  • Project managing the execution of brand and retailer experiences such as events, buying shows, and trainings.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all marketing objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion.
  • Analyzing trends and consumer data to track performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Managing inventory requests, material orders, and related administration execution

  • 3rd year student in a business program - Administration/Business/Marketing
  • MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent organization skills and team player mindset
  • Ability to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders with a "can do" attitude and attention to detail
  • Creative, with a grasp of aesthetic sensibility and beauty trends
