Job description

OVERVIEW: We are seeking for a Program Associate on our Client Success team to help support our client the US Space Force As a Program Associate. You will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast paced and exciting! GENERAL DUTIES: Client Success * Assist with the planning and delivery of client advisory work, workshops, and trainings * Draft reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverables * Liaise between the company, clients, and stakeholders to identify government needs and requirements * Translate functional needs and requirements into IT strategy elements * Create presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirements * Develop, organizing, and executing both in-person and virtual training and delivery workshops * Research and analyze federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation * Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technology solutions using both open source and proprietary data sources * Work with program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule * Help grow company's network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-3 years of work experience; preferably some client-facing experience working within DoW, Space Force, or Air Force * The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW * Strong interest and exposure to in one or more of the following areas: legacy system modernization/digital transformation, data analytics, processes re-engineering, organizational design, strategy development and execution, and/or -organizational change management * An ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlines * An ability to work with multiple stakeholders, listen to clients, and discern needs * A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment * Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills * Strong verbal communication skills, and exceptionally strong writing skills with the ability to produce highly polished client materials CLEARANCE: * US Citizenship with ability obtain security clearance
