Responsabilités principales :

- Maintenir des processus et des procédures efficaces pour améliorer les ventes et la rentabilité;

- Participer à la formation des conseillers en vente et en location pour répondre aux besoins des consommateurs et aux programmes des fabricants;

- Aider à la fermeture de toutes les ventes de véhicules neufs et d'occasion auprès des conseillers en vente et en location;

- Veiller à ce que les conseillers en vente et en location effectuent un suivi par téléphone auprès des clients qui visitent la salle d'exposition ou communiquent avec le concessionnaire par téléphone, dans les 24 heures suivant la première visite au concessionnaire;

- Examiner les documents relatifs à la vente de véhicules pour assurer l'exactitude et la légalité;

- Superviser la livraison du véhicule aux clients;

- Coopérer dans les échanges de véhicules entre concessionnaires (métiers de concessionnaires);

- Assister le directeur des ventes dans certaines tâches administratives et le remplacer en son absence.


Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente ;

- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, sens du service client et passion pour la vente, afin de soutenir notre croissance ;

- Bonne compréhension des besoins des clients et des détaillants ;

- Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

Main responsibilities:

- Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability;

- Participate in training Sales & Leasing Consultants to meet consumer needs and manufacturer programs;

- Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants;

- Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers that visit the showroom or call the Dealership with vehicle inquires, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership;

- Review documents pertaining to the sale of vehicles to ensure accuracy and legality;

- Supervise vehicle delivery to customers;

- Cooperate in vehicle exchanges between Dealerships (dealer trades).


Qualifications and skills required:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales environment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and passion for sales, in order to support our growth;

- Strong understanding of the needs of clients and retailers;

- Ability to communicate in both French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness;

- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to ensure exceptional customer service;

- Professionalism, courtesy, and a neat appearance;
