The Coordinator, Partner Matters plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the partner experience across the firm. Reporting to the Office of the Partner, the Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of Partner wellness initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for participating partners and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This role combines program coordination, stakeholder management, communications, reporting, and operational support to help deliver initiatives that support partner well-being, engagement, and long-term success.


What you will do

Partner Wellness Initiatives Management (Primary Accountability)

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for the Partner wellness initiatives.
  • Manage program administration, including enrollment, participation tracking, scheduling, and ongoing program logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for participating partners and external service providers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and communications for new program participants.
  • Monitor program utilization, participation trends, and partner feedback.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights on program performance and outcomes.
  • Support program evaluation activities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate annual program planning, budgeting, and renewal activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive participant information.
  • Support the launch and implementation of new wellness initiatives and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communications

  • Develop and coordinate communications related to partner wellness and well-being initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including HR, Communications, and Leadership teams.
  • Support presentations, briefing materials, and updates for governance and leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate partner-facing events, webinars, and educational sessions related to wellness and preventative health.

Office of the Partner Support

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for strategic initiatives led by the Office of the Partner.
  • Assist with project planning, implementation tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and program resources.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to special projects and partner experience initiatives as required.
