Job description

Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily operations, project teams, field technicians, and customer deliverables. This office-based role involves managing schedules, assisting with billing, compiling reports, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, electrical contracting, utility services, engineering consulting, testing services, or similar industries. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Opportunities exist for involvement in technical review processes and quality control of project deliverables over time.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules for project teams and field personnel.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist with billing-related documentation and project tracking.
  • Compile, organize, and distribute project reports.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and field technicians to ensure deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Support preparation of customer report packages.
  • Participate in peer review processes and quality checks on project documentation.
  • Track project milestones and support administrative project functions.
  • Maintain project records and documentation within company systems.
  • Assist operations leadership with reporting and project coordination tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience.

Pay and Benefits
