Job Description Location: Hampton, GA We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Service Coordinator that supports the engineering team by performing a variety of clerical, documentation, and data management tasks essential to daily operations. This role is responsible for maintaining engineering records, managing document distribution, and assisting with production-related documentation to ensure projects move efficiently from design to manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general clerical and data entry support for the engineering team
  • Load and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) in company systems
  • Process advance releases of live parts and related documentation
  • Print engineering drawings from digital files and distribute as needed
  • Scan drawings and other documents, file tracings, and maintain organized records and databases
  • Process EEIs and deliver documentation to the production team multiple times per day
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as required
  • Provide occasional back-up administrative support to other departments
Required:
  • 1 plus year of related administrative support for an engineering team.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency
  • On the job experience with CAD and BOM
  • Good oral and written communication skills
