Operations Director
A Great Opportunity /$54,000 per year / FT
At ViaQuest Day & Employment Services we provide services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities within our Day Program and Employment Services Program. Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!
Responsibilities may include:
  • Ensuring the implementation of all company and programmatic policies and procedures.
  • Completing and submitting monthly benchmark reports.
  • Managing your team and directly supervising the Program Managers in your assigned area.
  • Planning for and facilitating program growth.
  • Identifying developmental opportunities.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
  • Management or supervisory experience is required.
