Administrative Assistant 1 - Incentive Program Support
Location: Houston, TX
$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time - 30 Hours Per Week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the auditing and processing of incentive program submissions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting payroll and finance-related processes.
Responsibilities
  • Audit and review incentive program submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Validate submission data and supporting documentation
  • Verify billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs
  • Review performance outliers and perform manual calculation checks
  • Track approval status and obtain necessary management approvals
  • Document audit notes and maintain organized records
  • Create payroll-load-ready payout files
  • Assist with payout data integrity and quality assurance checks
  • Support the administration of approximately 350 annual incentive submissions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative, accounting, payroll, data entry, or finance support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
