We are seeking a Home Care (Program Assistant) who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Home Care Department.

What you'll do:

  • Provide telephone coverage from Home Care staff as required
  • Review and correct data through consumer record system
  • Providing accurate reports as required by the department
  • Assist staff in tracking waivers and recipient choice forms as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
