Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Director SAP S4HANA Transformation in Mansfield, MA. Summary: Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Transformation, the Program Director will lead the execution of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is responsible for program delivery, governance, PMO operations, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation across multiple regions and business functions. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day management of the SAP S/4HANA program, including planning, scheduling, milestones, and deployment activities Operate the transformation PMO and drive consistent execution across all workstreams Manage program governance, executive reporting, steering committee materials, and status updates Own program-level risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management Partner with business and IT leaders to align scope, budget, timelines, and strategic objectives Serve as the primary liaison to the system integration partner, ensuring quality delivery, resource alignment, and accountability for milestones Oversee testing, data migration, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization Track program budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership Maintain delivery methodologies, quality standards, change control processes, and continuous improvement practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification a plus; SAP Activate familiarity preferred SAP certifications a plus but not required - delivery track record takes priority 10+ years of program/project management experience, including leading the PMO or delivery for large-scale, multi-region ERP transformations (SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA strongly preferred; S/4FASHION and Retail a plus) Proven track record delivering global ERP programs on time and on budget, with full responsibility for program management, governance, and SI partner oversight Experience holding system integration partners accountable for quality, scope, and commercial commitments Experience in consumer products, retail, or branded goods preferred; Comfort with multi-brand, multi-channel (D2C/Retail/Wholesale) complexity Deep command of delivery methodology, testing protocols (UAT, performance, regression), data migration, cutover, and hypercare Proven ability to sustain delivery momentum across multi-year programs Capabilities: Strong delivery discipline: planning, risk and issue management, scope control, and milestone management Strong executive communication - able to prepare governance materials and brief senior leaders clearly in steering forums Effective cross-cultural stakeholder management across Asia, Europe, and the Americas Solid financial acumen - able to manage multi-year program budgets and report on cost and schedule performance The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
