Now Hiring: Full-Time 3rd Shift Home Health Aides in Columbia City, IN


Are you a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA), Caregiver, or CNA looking for a stable overnight position with consistent hours and meaningful work? BrightStar Care is currently seeking dedicated professionals for full-time 3rd shift positions in Columbia City, IN, to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional in-home care.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.00–$18.00 per hour, supportive leadership, and a flexible work environment where your efforts are truly appreciated.


Position Details:

  • Location: Columbia City, IN
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 3rd Shift
  • Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and mobility
  • Perform range-of-motion and mobility exercises per care plan
  • Report changes in client condition to the nurse case manager

Requirements:

  • Active Indiana HHA license (or CNA with relevant home care experience)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in home health care
  • CPR certification (current)
  • Physical exam and negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties of the job
  • Clear drug test and background screening
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality
