Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice creation — Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy.
  • Work tickets & proposals — Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Customer service — Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support.
  • Accounting support — Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping.
  • Payroll & attendance — Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking.
  • Human Resources — Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Office operations — Filing, copying, preparing mailings, and general office upkeep.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Office management experience is a plus.
