Job Summary:

The Mobile Home Community Associate supports the Community Manager with the daily operations of the community, assisting in administrative tasks, resident relations, property upkeep coordination, and sales support. This role helps maintain resident satisfaction, ensures community standards, and provides excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Mobile Home Community Associate Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Assist with rent collection, fee payments, and transaction entries in Rent Manager.
  • Help prepare bank deposits and reconcile resident accounts.
  • Support communication with residents regarding outstanding balances.
  • Process and file invoices, ensuring accurate coding and organization.

Resident Relations & Customer Service

  • Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with enforcing community policies in alignment with company standards.

Property Operations Support
