Job description

Job Description Program Support Intern (Driver Education Program) The Motor Vehicle Division is seeking a detail-oriented intern to provide support for the Driver Education Program. This position involves assisting with application processing and offering program-related guidance to participants. Key Responsibilities: Review PTDE applications in ERMS, issue approval or denial letters, and help parents understand eligibility requirements.

Support parents with driving log questions and program guidance through the Driver Services inbox. Review memorandums and addendums for new Skip the Trip proctoring locations. Assign new proctors with required training and distribute login credentials.

Assist parents with ticket code issues and general questions. Support MVD's Driver Education Program Manager with special projects and initiatives. Ideal Candidate: Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

A strong communication skills and willingness to learn program procedures. Minimum Qualification Requirements Currently enrolled students in a degree program at an accredited educational institution.
