Job description

General responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to the following.
Youth Instruction & Program Delivery:
(60 - 90% of the time)

  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer & STEAM-based enrichment classes and camps for children ages 1–12
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment
  • Deliver the provided curriculum and adapt activities based on age and skill level
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and experiences
  • Train and mentor instructors
  • Demonstrate lots of patience and high positive energy


Marketing & Sales Support:
(20 - 40% of the time)

  • Assist in promoting programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
  • Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions
  • Support enrollment efforts by communicating program value to prospective families
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to grow the business
  • Help capture photos/videos (with permission) for marketing use
  • Maintain knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions to support sales conversations


Administrative & Operational Support:
(10 - 20% of time)

  • Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support inventory management for supplies and materials
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

*Interviews, field evaluation, and a 3-month observation period will be mandatory for all new employees.
