Description

Centex Technologies is seeking a mid-level Program Execution Support professional to support performance under the AAL contract in Austin, Texas. This hybrid role supports planning, coordination, reporting, resource tracking, and quality oversight for defense-focused initiatives, with work split between on-site collaboration in Austin and remote work.

The position is best suited for a candidate with 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience in program support, project coordination, defense innovation, or government contract environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Execution & Planning
  • Assist in establishing program work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Break down complex, long-term initiatives into actionable steps and trackable tasks.
  • Support maintenance of timelines, dependency tracking, risk logs, and action-item registers.
  • Help monitor progress against planned objectives and support corrective action planning when schedules shift.
Resource Management
  • Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and support resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Assist with staffing coordination, labor tracking, and level-of-effort monitoring.
  • Help allocate resources efficiently across concurrent tasks and identify potential gaps or conflicts.
  • Support budget status updates and internal reporting for program leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the program team, stakeholders, vendors, and upper management.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Track decisions, issues, and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support communication flow between operational, technical, and administrative teams.
Compliance & Quality Control
  • Help ensure program deliverables meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and contractual guidelines.
  • Support internal reviews of deliverables, documentation, and program records for completeness and accuracy.
