WORK SHIFT: 8am-5pm

Job Description
Support program execution through the development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Ensure schedules are integrated across engineering, manufacturing, finance, materials, and quality functions. Monitor program performance, conduct schedule and risk analysis, identify critical path issues, and support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Ensure horizontal and vertical schedule integration across all program functions.
  • Track program performance against plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Conduct critical path, network logic, and schedule risk analysis.
  • Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize project management tools including Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Identify schedule conflicts, performance variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare schedule status reports and program performance metrics.

Level 3 Qualifications
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management principles.
  • Experience coordinating schedules across multiple functional teams.
  • Ability to perform schedule analysis, critical path assessment, and variance reporting.

Level 4 Qualifications
  • Advanced experience developing and managing complex Integrated Master Schedules for large programs.
  • Extensive EVMS experience including schedule performance analysis and reporting.
  • Experience leading schedule integration efforts across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently perform schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience mentoring junior planners/schedulers and supporting program leadership with strategic planning decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of program controls, critical path methodology, and schedule forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
  • Experience with Deltek Cobra and Deltek Acumen Risk.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project expertise.
  • Excel Macro/VBA experience.
  • Experience with Resource Loaded Schedules (RLS).
  • Experience conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
  • Familiarity with DCMA schedule health metrics.
  • Active or eligible for DoD Top Secret (TS) and/or SCI clearance.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
