LTSA Program Manager II

Role Overview

The LTSA Program Manager II is responsible for managing and executing Long Term Service Agreements, including outage planning, contract oversight, parts lifecycle tracking, and repair coordination. This intermediate-level role requires the ability to independently perform assignments, support technical activities, and manage increasing responsibilities under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full understanding of LTSA contract requirements.
  • Coordinate part repairs and procurement to support customer outage schedules.
  • Travel to customer sites for outage planning and contract discussions.
  • Assist in developing proposals for GTB and improvement projects.
  • Track part history including hours, starts, and remaining life.
  • Support LTSA Sales during negotiations.
  • Expedite parts to meet LTSA commitments.
  • Arrange shipment of parts for repair postoutage.
  • Monitor repair part status to ensure timely return for next outage.
  • Reorder non-repairable parts and forecast future requirements.
  • Track part manufacturing and delivery for outage support.
  • Consult with engineering regarding remaining life assessments.
  • Serve as focal point for resolution of commercial and technical issues.
  • Provide project administration including warranty documentation.
  • Support ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BSME, BSEE) or minimum seven years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and pursue solutions.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills (discounts, percentages, geometry, etc.).
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and basic databases.
  • Strong communication skills for reports, presentations, and customer interaction.
  • Native or fluent in Spanish.
