Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing large and complex programs, driving successful program outcomes, and coordinating with senior stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and client representatives. The role requires strong experience in Agile program management, governance, reporting, performance measurement, and managing multi-shore teams across onsite, offshore, and client environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful program outcomes.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-shore teams, including onsite, offshore, and client stakeholders.
  • Apply strong Agile program management practices to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Product Owners, development teams, and other program stakeholders.
  • Maintain ownership and accountability for overall program outcomes.
  • Establish and manage program governance processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and delivery practices.
  • Own program reporting and performance metrics, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards and reporting to track program progress, performance, and key metrics.
  • Monitor program performance and identify risks, issues, dependencies, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive transparency across program activities through structured governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
